What We Do: SoCal Permit Services specializes in expediting permits in most cities in Los Angeles County. We efficiently handle the submission of plans for approval and obtain necessary clearances, for a set fee.
Our Approach: We begin work immediately upon project submission and fee payment, operating under the assumption that our clients or their architects have conducted thorough feasibility studies. This approach allows us to focus solely on expediting your permit process.
Our Guarantee: We do not add time to your plan check process. Your permit will never sit in our hands for more than 2 city working days without notifying you, your architect, or the necessary city office, of the next required action.
How we work: We have an internal software system and a process we have developed over the last 10 years to ensure we keep track of all projects. We are in-person at LADBS offices at least 3 days each week, often more.
We DO NOT farm your project out to another expeditor, your project is handled by Henry, Michael or one of our in-house runners. We only take a set number of jobs each month to ensure we give every project the necessary attention.
